What is the postage cost?

What is the postage cost for Archies Footwear orders? For standard shipping, the postage cost is $7.95 for one pair of shoes. If you order two or more pairs of shoes, you'll receive free shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

When will my order be shipped?. Our Southeast Asia warehouse is based in Singapore. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. Our warehouse operates during SG business hours from Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be shipped at the start of the week.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the time of year. During peak seasons, there may be delays beyond our control. Standard shipping: Typically takes 2-8 business days. Country and regional areas may experience slower delivery times compared to metropolitan areas.

What card/methods do you accept for online payment?

We accept all major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. Unfortunately, Diners Club cards are not yet an accepted mode of payment. *If you are using your American Express card please make sure you enter the same address registered on your American Express account.*
