We have a 14-day refund period from the delivery of your order for all orders placed on our official online store.

For all refunds — new conditions only — the customer is required to pay the return postage cost.

PLEASE NOTE - The refund can only be processed back into the original payment method that you used for the purchase. We will not liable for refunds issued into closed accounts or expired credit cards. If your bank account has closed, please contact us to let us know before we process the refund.


Retail purchase: We are unable to process refund requests for retail purchases.
