How much is postage?

- Postage is $7.95 for one pair.

- Postage is FREE when you order 2 or more pairs.

How long should it take to receive my order?

- Orders are picked at 10:30 am each day. If your order is received after 10:30 am, then it will be picked at 10:30 am the following day. However, in some cases when we are extremely busy (Sale periods, Christmas etc), please allow up to 2 days from when your order is placed before it is dispatched.

- Orders are shipped via Aus Post Monday-Friday only (there is no weekend shipping), excluding Victorian public holidays.

- The average delivery time for regular post is normally 4-5 days from when you first place your order.

- Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of the year (expect slower speeds around Christmas), with country/regional area’s being slowest and metropolitan areas being fastest.

- If you are not located in a major city, please allow from 4 – 10 days for delivery of your order, but this really varies depending on where exactly you are located.

How do I track the shipping status of my parcel?

- When your order has been scanned at your States Aus Post Depot, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification email to the email address that you used to place the order.

- Using this email, if you click on the tracking number within this email, you will be able to track the status of the delivery of your parcel to your doorstep.

- There is also an option to receive text msg updates when your delivery is approaching. To do this, simply OPT in for text msg updates and provide your phone number at the checkout page when placing your order.

There appears to be a delay in the fulfilment of my order. How come it has not shipped yet?

- For the most part, do NOT stress, your order will likely be well on it's way via the fastest method possible, there is just simply a delay from when the order is fulfilled to it being updated in tracking.

- This is because our super efficient warehouse uses our own independent couriers to get your orders directly to your states Australia Post Depot, as this allows for much speedier delivery, saving you 1-2 days in delivery time!

- You will NOT receive the tracking dispatch notification email until your order has been scanned at your states Aus Post Depot. So please do not be concerned if it looks like your order has not been dispatched immediately! It will have, but it will not show as being processed until it is scanned at your states local Aus Post Depot.

- If you do not receive a tracking notification email within 3 days after your order was placed, please contact our customer service team at and they will look into this for you.

- However, chances are, your order is well on it's way via the fastest means possible.

Do you have an express post service?

- Yes. Express post can be selected as the preferred shipping method at checkout and costs $15.00

- During peak seasons, if you are planning to go on holiday we recommend option for Express Post to avoid disappointment due to delays.

How long does express post take?

- Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, so please take this into account if you're interstate.

- Express post orders should be delivered within 1-2 days from when your order is dispatched providing that your delivery address is within an express post zone.

- If your order is not within the express post zone, please allow longer delivery times of up to 3-5 days depending on where you are located.

- Please also remember, that orders received after 10:30 am, will be sent at 10:30 am the next day.

Do you ship internationally?

- We do not ship internationally. However, we have seperate online stores for the following countries: New Zealand, USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Asia, Latin America, Japan and UAE. We recommend using the Location Selector to find the correct online store for your location.
